About Future Ink Graphics
Future Ink Graphics is a vibrant, community-driven creative studio based inside the Pivot Center for Art, Dance, and Expression in Cleveland, Ohio. Founded by artist and organizer Stephanie Kluk, with operational leadership from Yana Mikho-Misho. FIG offers a powerful blend of services: silkscreen printing, fine art reproduction, off-site printing, custom design work, educational programming for schools, a community exhibition gallery, and event space rentals. FIG’s mission mirrors much of the spirit behind Misled.Media—using creativity as a tool for connection, empowerment, and growth.
In 2022-2024, I had the honor of serving as Studio Manager, where I dedicated myself to strengthening FIG’s internal operations while supporting the creative ambitions of artists, students, and community members.

Optimizing a Space for Creative Freedom
Recognizing that the right environment fuels great work, I led efforts to streamline the studio’s day-to-day functions:
-
Reconfigured the studio layout for maximum workspace efficiency, safety, and intuitive flow.
-
Developed new organization systems for tools, screens, and supplies to simplify access and encourage productivity.
-
Designed and built a custom screen storage system to better manage the increasing volume of studio projects.
-
Created inventory tracking processes to maintain a steady supply of essential materials.
-
Sustained and adapted daily operations within a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
Optimizing the studio space was something that came naturally from years of building my own creative process. At FIG, those instincts carried over—helping artists walk in, ready to create without obstacles, while also strengthening Stephanie’s larger vision for the company.
That same belief in removing barriers and fueling expression continues to shape how Misled.Media approaches every project: make space, clear the path, and let the work speak. Stay in the solution, not the problem.
Developing a Screen Services Program
I spearheaded the creation and implementation of a screen printing service program, extending our offerings to the public:
-
Developed a structured intake system for screen printing projects, including drop-off procedures and streamlined output processes.
-
Introduced a transparent pricing structure, making it easier for clients to understand costs and value.
-
Created a system for tracking and managing screen printing projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and clear timelines.
-
Focused on maximizing return on investment (ROI) by ensuring profitability while maintaining top-quality service.
Maintaining the Tools of Creation
A well-equipped studio is a living, breathing ecosystem. I took on full responsibility for:
-
Equipment upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
-
Coordinating logistics and workflow integration for new equipment intake.
-
Managing a regular inspection schedule to minimize downtime and maintain professional-quality output.
These behind-the-scenes efforts allowed the studio to consistently offer reliable, high-quality service to artists, schools, and clients alike, making Future Ink Graphics a hub for creative projects and a trusted partner to the community.
Building Bridges Through Events and Community Engagement
Art thrives when it’s shared. I helped Future Ink Graphics open its doors wider by:
-
Scheduling and coordinating in-studio events, artist gatherings, exhibitions, and workshops.
-
Designing posters, flyers, and digital promotional materials for events.
-
Producing short video campaigns to promote events and programs.
-
Editing and compiling a key promotional video that helped secure grant funding from the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities to launch art classes for individuals with developmental disabilities, known as the Creative Residency Program.
-
Hosting live screen printing demonstrations at major Cleveland cultural hubs like the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Playhouse Square, and MetroHealth Medical Center.
These experiences reinforced one of the core beliefs behind Misled.Media: creativity isn't just for a select few—it's a tool everyone deserves access to.
Teaching and Empowering the Next Generation
Teaching became one of the most rewarding extensions of my work at FIG. I developed and led programs across several platforms:
-
Taught screen printing and design concepts at Garrett Morgan High School and Lincoln-West High School in Cleveland.
-
Assisted in a skateboard deck design class, helping students transform blank decks into personal statements.
-
Ran a full series of summer camp classes and demonstrations through the Rainey Institute in 2023, where I designed the curriculum, outlined projects, and taught screen printing and design to young artists in the Clark-Fulton area.

Delivered freelance screen printing and design workshops for Clark-Fulton's and North Olmsted's Tech Center afterschool programs. Focused on teaching digital art via Procreate App on iPad.
If you really want to know what you know, try teaching it. You’ve got to break it down, make it simple, and hand it over in a way that actually sticks.
Through these teaching opportunities, I saw firsthand how creativity can unlock confidence, skill, and community—a central theme at the core of Misled.Media. Reflection of knowledge, and keeping what you have by giving it away.
Sustaining a Culture of Growth and Possibility
Every task I took on—from organizing shelves to producing videos—fed into a larger goal:
Sustain a creative space that could exponentially serve Cleveland's community every single day.
In an environment where needs constantly shifted, my focus stayed on creating systems that nurtured spontaneity, collaboration, and long-term growth.
This experience at Future Ink Graphics didn't just sharpen my skills—it deepened my belief that art and design are powerful vehicles for personal and collective transformation.
Tying It Together: Future Ink Graphics and Misled.Media
The hands-on, adaptable, and community-driven approach I developed at Future Ink Graphics directly reflects the work I do at Misled.Media. Whether executing custom screen prints, designing logos for emerging brands, or designing impactful curriculum, I continue to operate from a core foundation:
Streamline operations, empower creativity, and foster collaboration.
I understand that measurable results matter—whether it’s boosting client satisfaction, increasing production efficiency, or driving growth through community engagement. Through every project, I’ve built a reputation for driving consistent improvements, optimizing processes, and delivering impactful outcomes.
Key successes include:
-
8-10% year-over-year growth in production output (calculated from monthly production metrics and output tracking over the last 12 months).
-
15-20% increase in local engagement through community workshops, events, and collaborations (tracked via attendee numbers, sign-up rates, and post-event feedback).
-
10-12% improvement in client satisfaction scores (measured through post-project surveys and client retention rates).
- 20-25% reduction in equipment downtime (tracked via maintenance logs, repair requests, and equipment use reports).
Each project and initiative is approached with a focus on measurable progress and strategic growth, ensuring that every step forward is built on a foundation of results-driven action.
